Hi! I’m Cindy, a Nutritional Therapy Consultant living in southeastern Wisconsin. I help people improve their health by educating and guiding them through dietary and lifestyle changes. Besides being a nutritionist, I’m also a wife, and mom, graphic designer, and maker of natural skincare products. I love all things food, but I have a real weakness for chocolate, red wine, margaritas, and Mexican food. I enjoy long walks on the beach (seriously), being outside in the sun, traveling to mountains or beaches, action movies, and the Green Bay Packers.
