As a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I offer nutrition counseling and wellness coaching to individuals and families seeking improved health and wellness. I believe in a real-food approach to nutrition. We are what we eat, so if we want to be the most healthy, vibrant version of ourselves, we have to feed our bodies quality, nutrient-dense food. I will NOT tell you to eat a low calorie, low fat diet, or to engage in excessive exercise. I want you and your family to be healthy, not deprived. There is a better way!
When working together, we will go over your health goals, health history, symptoms, and a food journal. I will then work with you to create individualized food and supplement recommendations. Together, we will build upon a foundation that starts with a nutrient-dense, whole-food diet to achieve better health!
